We work actively on several fronts. Information about the properties on sale can be found immediately from habita.fi website and from all the most popular Finnish real estate search pages. We advertise prominently and regularly in the biggest Finnish newspapers. We also distribute our own weekly direct advertising letters to approximately 30 000 potential customers, including both individuals and corporations. Annually this means over 1.5 million targeted messages – quite an effective addition to a promotional mix.
Our offices can be found in good business locations. Our window brochures are always current, and contain lots of photos and floor plans of the properties on sale – they attract customers daily to ask for more information.
